The table plan below shows the layout of the tables and the letters used to identify them. The blue arrow shows the main entrance to the Great Hall.

The final seating plan will be published a couple of weeks before the 19th May so that you can see where you will be seated. Due to the difficulty of placing everyone who has requested to be seated by a colleague, in the various groups and in approximate joining year order, there will be no changes allowed to your allocated seat.

The seating plane will also be used to:

​

1. Allow the placement of the firing glass engraved with your name.

2. Identify those with special dietary or drinking requirements

3. Allow the placement of the port and stopper blocks
